All tour and travel service bookings made via Pyramids Day Tour are subject to these terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter agreements and use this website for legitimate bookings.

Payments and Booking Policy

Advance Payment

An advance payment is required within 3 days of confirmation to secure bookings. The remaining balance is due before your arrival in Egypt or upon arrival, before the start of services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Charges are applied as follows:

• 45+ days before arrival: 10%
• 44–20 days: 20%
• 19–7 days: 30%
• 6–2 days: 50%
• Less than 48 hours/no show: No refund

Note: Peak seasons (Dec 20 – Jan 15, Easter) have a different cancellation policy.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy above. Refunds may take 2–4 weeks and may be reduced by bank fees.

Service Limitations and Liability

Changes in Prices or Services

If there are price increases (e.g. museum tickets or fuel), the difference will be added to your invoice. Itineraries are subject to change due to local conditions, safety, or weather.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to:

• Natural disasters
• Flight cancellations
• Accidents
• Political unrest
• Health issues or pandemics
• Any cause beyond our control

Tour Inclusions and Guide Policy

Entrance Fees

Tours include general entrance fees unless otherwise specified (e.g. pyramid interiors, mummy rooms, Nefertari tomb).

Tour Guide Role

Guides provide cultural and historical interpretation. They are not personal assistants and are only responsible for scheduled tour visits.

Booking and Participation

Tour Confirmation

Bookings must be paid in full at least 72 hours before the tour starts. Provisional bookings may be lost if not confirmed by payment.

Duration and Customization

Full-day tours run up to 8 hours; half-day tours up to 4 hours. Requests for extra time will incur additional costs.

Traveler Documents

Travel Requirements

Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports and visas. No refunds are provided for failure to meet document requirements or entry denial.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of our services and website indicates your acceptance of these terms. Confirmation is also assumed when:

• You make a payment
• You receive a booking invoice or receipt
